I am a Trade Union Official by day and (often) a photographer by night. I live in Smethwick in the West Midlands and concentrate on images taken in the areas around where I live.
For the last ten years or more I have concentrated particularly on photographing Jazz Musicians in and around the Birmingham area. My work has been shown on two other sites: www.russpix.co.uk and www.russescritt.co.uk. However I have now migrated all my images of musicians over onto this site.

My work has been published in various magazines and on a number of CD sleeves. I have have exhibited my Jazz Photography at the Midlands Arts Centre, The Drum and Birmingham Symphony Hall. I have three books of my work available from the Blurb.com site. Just go to it's bookstore and search for my name.
